Find root(s) to the expression in the toolbox window. You can change the Min and Max values, Max error and max iterations.
By pressing the "Help" button and then another button you get more help on that specific button.
If you press the button "Expand interval" the program tries to expand the interval until at least one root is bracketed.
If you press the button "Split interval" the program tries to split the interval [Min, Max] into sub intervals each bracketing one root. The number of such intervals is shown in the field "Max roots". The maximum number of intervals is 20.
If you press "Find root(s)" the program tries to find the number of roots given in the field "Max roots" with a combined method of Newton-Raphson and bisecting.
